Vendor Relations
StackPick is an independent software discovery platform. Our mission is to help users find the right software by measuring EASE (how frictionless) and LEVERAGE (how powerful) across the software ecosystem.
We believe transparency benefits everyone: users make better decisions, and software vendors gain clear, actionable insight into how their products compare.
Claim Your Official Profile
As a software vendor, you have the right to engage with the data presented about your product on StackPick.
By claiming your official profile, you can:
Exercise a Right of Reply
Respond publicly to specific evaluations or scores. Your response is shown alongside the evaluation, clearly labeled as a vendor statement.Submit Technical Updates
Provide documentation, release notes, or changes related to new versions that may materially impact scores (e.g., API availability, onboarding improvements, new integrations).Request a Re-Evaluation
If you have addressed identified issues—such as improving documentation, redesigning an interface, or adding features—our system can perform a fresh, version-aware analysis.
Re-evaluations do not guarantee improved scores; they reflect the current observable state of the software.
Our Commitment to Fairness & Independence
StackPick operates with strict editorial and technical independence.
No Pay-to-Play
Scores and rankings cannot be bought, influenced, suppressed, or promoted through payment. We do not accept compensation to hide negative findings or inflate results.Affiliate Model = Aligned Incentives
We earn revenue through affiliate referrals when users find and adopt software. This means our incentive is accuracy—bad recommendations mean lost trust and no revenue.Fact-Based Corrections
We welcome verified corrections to factual errors (e.g., "The software does include a native Python SDK" or "This feature has been GA since version X"). When validated, evaluations are updated transparently.Context, Not Marketing
Vendor input is used to improve accuracy and context—not to rewrite or soften conclusions.Manipulation Prevention
Our systems actively detect and neutralize review bombing, coordinated attacks, and synthetic engagement.
