StackPick does not function as a pay-to-play review site.
We do not accept payment from vendors to influence scores or rankings.

All published materials represent analytical assessments, not statements of objective or legal fact.

2. The EASE & LEVERAGE Methodology

Each software evaluation published on StackPick uses our dual-score system combining automated analysis and aggregated user feedback.

The process includes:

  • Aggregated User Feedback
    Input from verified professional users and anonymized contributors, weighted by role, usage context, and recurrence of reported patterns.

  • Analyzed Public Reviews & Opinions
    Large-scale analysis of publicly available commentary from third-party platforms, forums, issue trackers, and technical discussions.

  • AI-Assisted Structural Analysis
    A multi-model AI pipeline analyzes publicly available materials such as documentation, APIs, SDKs, changelogs, pricing pages, and technical claims.

  • Contextual Normalization
    All scores are normalized within software categories to ensure fair comparison between products serving similar use cases.

EASE and LEVERAGE scores reflect relative assessment, not absolute quality or fitness for a specific purpose.

3. Editorial Perspective & Methodological Approach

StackPick's methodology is intentionally opinionated.

We make explicit choices about what we measure and value, including:
- Ease of adoption over complexity
- User experience over feature count
- Transparency over hidden costs

This perspective is systematic and uniformly applied across all evaluated software.

6. Right of Reply & Corrections

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and international fair competition standards:

    Software vendors may claim their official profile on StackPick.

  • Right of Reply
    Vendors may submit an official public response to any evaluation or score.

  • Correction Requests
    Vendors may request corrections where technical information is outdated or materially inaccurate, subject to verification.

Editorial independence is preserved in all cases.

7. Community Standards & Moderation

To maintain analytical integrity and professional discourse:

  • Non-technical complaints, insults, and defamatory statements are prohibited
  • Coordinated manipulation and review bombing are actively filtered
  • Verified reviews require proof of professional usage
  • Automated moderation systems assist human oversight

StackPick reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

8. Intellectual Property

  • StackPick and associated visual identifiers are trademarks of StackPick
  • Visualizations and charts are protected works

Unless otherwise stated, visual outputs may be shared for:
- Educational purposes
- Journalistic reporting
- Non-commercial analysis
